Adam “Izzy” Isla is a seasoned law enforcement, military, and security professional with over 14 years of combined experience across the Idaho Army/Air National Guard, Idaho Department of Correction and the Canyon County Sheriff’s Office. He currently serves as the founder and lead instructor of Agape Sentinel Group LLC, providing security consulting and training services. Additionally, he works as a law enforcement instructor for Idaho Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) and the College of Western Idaho Law Enforcement Program.

Throughout his career, Adam has held diverse operational assignments including Military Police, Correctional Officer, Detention Deputy Sheriff, Patrol Deputy Sheriff, and SWAT Team Member. His leadership experience includes serving as a Master Trainer for Idaho Army National Guard and the Security Forces Flight Chief. During his military service he mentored and developed service members and spearheaded training programs such as the Idaho Department of Correction’s first Honor Guard Academy.

He is a certified Idaho POST instructor in general topics, defensive tactics (ARCON), and firearms, with high-liability instructor credentials and extensive experience mentoring and training law enforcement personnel. His background is further reinforced by advanced tactical certifications and instructor roles across both military and civilian sectors, reflecting a strong commitment to operational excellence, leadership, and professional development.
